Cambuse is for those of us who love sea and fine food. This is the personal passion of Morgan Babsia who loves to spend his free time on sailing boat. He is also a fine food lover and he is expert in Mediterranean culture.
We organise your crew members entirely according to your wishes. They will meet you at your destination ready to make your cruise completely stress free and wonderfully enjoyable.
Skipper, chef and crew can take care of the navigation, boat maintenance, housekeeping, sports, restaurant reservations and our speciality, delicious cuisine on board. You might want a dive master, babysitter or a race tactician, we’ll put together your dream team. From there on it’s plain sailing!
Cambuse is Italian for ‘ship’s galley’. Our chefs are seasoned professionals, always able to delight whether it’s dinner for six or a business event for forty.
Menus are based on the sea and good food in the Mediterranean. We study the itinerary, the produce and the wine list, to give you the finest food experience on board.
Imagine you catch a fish off the back of your boat and the chef says sushi for lunch. There happens to be a fine citrusy Grillo in the fridge too. That’s Cambuse.
We have a hand picked fleet of boats for you to choose from. Catamarans, powered catamarans, sailing yachts and motor boats. It entirely depends on the sort of charter experience you’re looking for.
Motor or sail? Do you want to whiz around at 20 knots on a 24 metres Ferretti or cruise calmly at 5 knots under sail. Do you want to make this an adventure, getting involved with the sails and rigging? Or is it about getting to the secret coves in the lap of luxury.
Catamaran or monohull? Catamarans have a lot more manoeuvrability, can be faster and more stable, plus their two wing layout offers more privacy. Monohulls can slice through the water for a smoother sail in choppy seas. If you’re looking to relax on the deck type of cruise, then you probably want a catamaran. If you want to get onto the helm and have a real adventure, then it’s the mono hull.
Toy inventory? Depending on the size of yacht we can supply an entire watersport playground for you and your friends. All the latest high quality equipment is available including electric surfboards, flite boards, seabobs, inflatables and ribs.
